Shipping / Packaging

The shipping costs within Germany are 7% and the packaging costs are 3% of the net value of the goods.
The minimum order value is €100.00 net. For orders below this minimum order value, we charge a low-quantity surcharge of €5.00 net.

The island surcharge is 24% of the net value of the goods per package. Delivery to an island is not possible for net goods values below €100.

For orders from EU countries, we charge a flat-rate additional cost of €15.00 plus 7% shipping/ +3% packaging costs.

Special instructions for shipping abroad:

For deliveries to countries outside the EU, customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply, which are not included in the displayed total price. The customer bears the cost of the return shipment.

Note for customers from EU countries:

Internal Community Acquisition (B2B) is exempt from VAT.

Payment methods

Credit cards

If a credit card payment is received, it is not guaranteed. The consumer can instruct their bank to reverse the payment, which is called a chargeback, up to 180 days after the sale. Credit cards are frequently used for online purchases but can also pose some risks for merchants due to chargebacks. Learn more about the risks of credit card payments. After your request for credit card payment, we need 2 business days to process it.

Apple Pay

Germany, France, Italy, Belgium, Austria, Spain, and over 30 other countries

No additional fees are charged for Apple Pay. Payments processed through Apple Pay are only charged to the debit or credit card used for payment.

Apple Pay offers your customers a simple, secure, and private way to pay on the internet. Customers can use the devices they have every day. Accepting Apple Pay is faster than accepting traditional credit and debit cards and other payment methods. Customers no longer have to search for their wallet and find the right card. When using Safari, your customers can check out with just one tap.

Klarna Invoice

You must comply with Klarna's shipping terms (Link). By using Klarna's services, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.

Klarna Pay now.

This is a guaranteed and fast payment method that allows you to pay immediately by bank transfer or direct debit. With Klarna: Pay now, you will be paid in advance and protected against fraud and the risk of customers not paying. Please visit our Help Center to learn more.

Klarna SOFORT Transfer

Once we have received the amount, the payment is guaranteed and cannot be canceled by the customer. After we have received the amount, we can transfer it to your business account on the next working day.

PayPal

We have established a technical integration with PayPal so that you can easily accept this payment method along with all other payment methods. PayPal transactions are displayed in the dashboard, but payments are deposited into your PayPal account.

Giropay

Giropay is one of Germany's most popular bank transfer methods. German customers trust this payment method because it is supported by over 1,500 banks nationwide. With Mollie, you can easily implement Giropay and process payments directly. You only pay for successfully completed transactions. No hidden fees.

SEPA transfer

A bank transfer is a manual transfer of money to Mollie's bank account. The consumer must provide a unique payment ID when making the transfer. On average, a bank transfer takes up to 2 working days. Once the payment has been received by us, it is guaranteed and cannot be reversed by the consumer. After we have received the funds, we can transfer them to your business account on the next working day.

iDEAL

iDEAL is a secure payment method that can be used by customers and businesses with a bank account at almost any Dutch bank. Incoming payments are guaranteed. We can transfer the amounts received via iDEAL to your bank account on the next working day.

Returns

Returns are only possible after prior agreement and only within the deadlines specified in the Terms and Conditions.
Returns due to incorrect orders or errors will incur a return fee of 15% of the net value of the goods. Returns will only be accepted and processed in the original product packaging. The outer packaging (shipping box) is excluded from this.

In addition, only new, unused goods will be credited.

The buyer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.
Returns sent without postage paid will not be accepted.

Special instructions for handling surcharge

A surcharge of €2.50 per delivery will be charged for orders of 24 glasses or 36 plates or more.
